Notice of Intent July 20, 2010 This is a Notice of Intent of The Louis Stokes Cleveland, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 to negotiate sole source with Association of Operating Room Nurses for the procurement of conducting a review of the structure, processes and clinical practice at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center of the preoperative services which the government believe is proprietary to this vendor. The government believes that only one business can satisfy the agency requirements and intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b). Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by July 22, 2010. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. No solicitation will be made available and all information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
