A presolicitation notice is being published by the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (USAINSCOM).
Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Fort Belvoir, VA intends to solicit proposals on behalf of the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), for Contractor Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) Support to the Counter-IED Targeting Program (CITP) Intelligence Fusion Center (IFC) mission expansion. This requirement will support counter IED operations in the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). The contractor shall provide oversight of analysis operations, IT tools, database, processes and products; as well as support in the development of multiple packaged functions. Support will include coordination and support for briefings to Government organizations supporting this mission. Of importance is the first step in the life-cycle software process, which is a significant effort in requirements analysis and business process analysis of the NGIC role in the counter-IED mission is required.
This (RFP) solicitation will be made using full and open competition. The anticipated period of performance will be a one-year base period with three (3) one-year option periods.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
Work will be performed at the contractors facilities located within (30) miles of the NGIC and at the NGIC facilities at 2055 Boulders Road, Charlottesville, VA 22911.
