This posting constitutes the United States Military Academys (USMA) notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Copyright Clearance Center, 222 Rosewood Drive, Danvers, MA 01923. The Contractor shall provide copyright permissions for a wide range of college level textbooks and publications for the History and Social Sciences departments. Copyright Clearance Center is a non-profit organization. The award amount is estimated to be $60,000 per year for a total of $180,000 (one base year and t wo option years). The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. The applicable NAICS code is 711410. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit thei r capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to [email protected]. A determination b y the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
