The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) is requesting information to determine if there is any Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business or other Open Market Source that can provide Domestic Courier Delivery Services for the delivery of packages containing documents, medications, medical supplies and prosthetic supplies to veteran consignees located in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao in the Philippines. Interested offerors shall be physically located in Metro Manila, Philippines and have an existing nationwide direct delivery network to accomplish the required courier service requirement. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes to gain knowledge of qualified sources in order to determine an acquisition strategy. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 492110 Courier and Express Delivery Services with size standard of 1,500 employees. Interested and qualified parties are invited to respond.
