The purpose of this notice is to post the DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN, FOR PUBLIC COMMENT. The Health Resources and Services Administration is conducting a standard A-76 competition of the National Hansen’s Disease Program (NHDP). We are soliciting comments which may be used to enhance final versions which will be incorporated into a future solicitation. The attached documents pertain to services that are currently performed by Government Personnel and existing support contracts in various locations in and around the Baton Rouge, LA metropolitan area, to include Carville, LA. The services addressed in the attached Performance Work Statement include research, medical, nursing, education, and support activities.
