FDA intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Herbert Gerstenzang for services to continue current work being performed on updating the Drug Efficacy Study Implementation and Drug Registration and Listing System. The period of performance is for one year and will begin in Sep 2006. This sole source is based on extensive experience, unique credentials and work being done by Dr.Herbert Gerstenzang in scientific and clinical services updating the Drug Efficacy Study Implementation and Drug Registration and Listing System. There is no written solicitation for this for this requirement. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation package. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures.
