Synopsis:

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center Fort Knox intents to issue a sole source ten month extension of task order W912SU-05-D-0004-0006 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The requirement consists of providing instructors to support the following Programs of Instruction (POI): 19D Initial Entry Training (IET) and One Station Unit Training (OSUT), 19K IET and OSUT, M1 Abrams series tank master gunner, Army Reconnaissance Course (ARC), Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course (BNCOC), Maneuver Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course (M-ANCOC), Warrior Leader Course (WLC), Mounted Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC III), Scout Leaders Course, Cavalry Leaders Course, Maneuver Captains Career Course (MC3), Combat Life Saver, Engagement Skills Trainer/Basic Riffle Marksmanship, and 91A course.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
