The U. S. Geological Survey (USGS), Central Region Publications Group (CPG), has a requirement for a Geologic Text Editor, to perform a complete substantive technical edit on the text, front matter, references, tables, figures, and captions in USGS geologic publications. It is estimated these services will entail approximately 800 hours of work, over a 12-month period. Interested parties shall complete the Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 04CRQQ0116 on the Electronic Commerce Web Site at the following address: http://ideasec.nbc.gov/ecprod/owa/ecmenu$.firstcount/. Telephone requests for the RFQ will not be accepted. It is anticipated the RFQ will be available on or after April 8, 2004. Responses to the RFQ will be due on or about April 23, 2004.
