The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potentail quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare Service Purchase Order for OB/GYN services at the Eagle Butte PHS, IHS Hospital, Eagle Butte, SD. Services will be once a week, 5-7 hours per week. The period of performance will be February 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005. This is a Small Business Set-Aside request. Requests for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately 15 days after the date of publication.
