National Security Technologies is seeking sources with a minimum of 5 years experience, in a federal environment, (with the ability to obtain a DOE Q Clearance) in providing technical support (in all labor category descriptions attached) for infrastructure systems including, but not limited to, water, sewer, power, communications, facilities, and roads. Must also possess the ability to provide technical support for the input to the Site Plan, 10 Year Plan, the 2030 Plan, including studies, general design criteria, conceptual designs, coordination of memorandums of understanding with other organizations and agencies, planning reviews, and implementation assistance. Certain tasks may require Human Reliability Program certified individuals, Underground Testing Specialists and/or Security Specialist with counterterrorism and counterintelligence experience. Request all interested parties submit an Experience/Capability Statement which provides sufficient detail to enable a preliminary functional evaluation. Only responses received by 17 October will be considered for this solicitation.
