The US Army Engineering and Support Center intends a capacity increase of $9,000,000 million dollars, from $10 million to $19,000,000 million, for Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with Tidewater Inc/C B Richard Ellis under agreement number W912DY-11-A-0003 and VWI International, Inc. under agreement number W912DY-11-A-0001. These BPAs provide project support services for various Department of Defense (DOD) medical facilities and any related ancillary facilities, but primarily for US Army Medical Command (MEDCOM). These services may be provided in a variety of functional areas including, but not limited to: inpatient facilities; clinical areas; ancillary support areas such as warehousing, power plants, dietary, and transient housing. Calls (orders) against the agreements are Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Design and construction services are not included in the scope of services to be provided. W912DY-11-A-0001 is a BPA against FSS Contract GS-21F-0055U and W912DY-11-A-0003 is a BPA against FSS Contract GS-21F-0065V. The capacity increase will support operations through the end of the current fiscal year. A separate competitive acquisition is planned for future year efforts.
