VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro TN 37129 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with AudioCare Systems, 1436 Lancaster Avenue, Berwyn PA 19312 to provide software licensing and Support Services for comprehensive software maintenance, technical support for MUMPS telephony and core web applications for the AudioCARE Server, and customer service for all installed AudioCARE Systems applications at facilities located at Huntington, W VA, Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY, Memphis, TN, Mountain Home, TN, Nashville, TN, and Murfreesboro TN. This includes all hardware maintenance, replacement parts, and software patches to keep applications operational. Term of performance is October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. No solicitation package is available. The government believes this is the only source capable of satisfying these requirements. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302.
