1. QUOTATION CLOSING DATE: All quotes must be received by 11:00am Central European Time, Wednesday, May 21, 2014.

2. QUESTIONS AND INQUIRIES CONCERNING THIS RFQ: All questions and inquiries must be received by 11:00am Central European Time, Friday, May 16, 2014.

3. LOCATION OF PERFORMANCE: Senegal (Thies and Dakar)

4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Service begins 10 June 2014 and ends on 30 June 2014.

5. FUNDING: This requirement is Subject to the Availability of Funds (SAF) at this time.
