The kennels must be located within the Continental United States and also within 40 miles of the applicable Ports of Entry (POE). The POEs are: Tecate, California, Otay Mesa, California, and San Ysidro, California. The government may award two or more contracts for this requirement. The awards will be to the responsible offerors whose offers conform to the solicitation request and are determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other evaluation factors considered. Offerors must have a kennel facility that meets the requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW).The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 812910.
