The Defense Distribution Center has a requirement for the establishment of an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract for the implementation of Lean principles within the Defense Distribution Center warehouse operations, headquarters office functions and to coordinate/cooperate/interface with similar initiatives being conducted by their supply chain partners, DLA and their customers. Contract period shall be for the Base Year with four (4) Option Year Periods beginning approximately 1 August 2006. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541614 and the associated size standard is $6.5M.
