The USAID/DCHA Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) is reissuing the solicitation for the Liberia Program Manager. The individual selected from the initial solicitation has declined the position. The position is based in Liberia and assists the OTI Country Representative and acts as OTI Country Representative in his/her absence. The Program Manager will have a high level of managmeent authority, expecially related to oversight and day-to-day interface with OTI's primary implementing partner, Creative Associates, Inc.
