This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services inaccordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement does not constitutethe only solicitation. Potential offerors should reference the attached SF1449, Request for Proposals. The US Army Joint Munitions and Lethality andLethality Life Cycle Management Command, Picatinny, NJ has a requirement forcontractor for a New Equipment Training Team (NETT) for the M777/M777A2. TheNETT will have a military Officer in Charge (OIC) who reports to the LW155Joint Program Management Office (JPMO). The contractor shall be responsiblefor training the M777/M777A2, including the M982 Excalibur munition and otherauthorized munitions, along with NETT military instructors, to US Marines andsoldiers. The NETT will be based at Fort Sill, OK. The initial award will befor one year, with two additional options for one year each.
The following provisions apply to this acquisition: Offerors must includeresumes of all personnel meeting the Governments requirements along with their proposal. Award of the contract shall be made in accordance with theSource Selection Criteria as defined in the solicitation. Work is to begin 14days after date of contract award.
