The U.S. Naval Hospital Guam, is soliciting proposals for Medical Transciption service from dictation (voice recordings) which covers a wide range of medical specialties. This is a commerical item procurement and FAR Part 12 will be used. The performance period will be 15 Sep 2007 thru 15 Sep 2008.
