The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire Military Doctrine Support Services, for the United States Joint Forces Command, Joint Warfighting Center, Suffolk, VA. Services include labor, material, and travel necessary to perform specific, performance-based, completion form tasks in broad, joint processes of Publication, Assessment, Integration, and Training and Education. The Government plans to award a single, cost plus fixed fee, level of effort, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type contract, on a full and open competition, best value basis. Duration of the contract period is 1 June 2008, or date of award, whichever is later, with four one-year option periods, and with ordering and performance period to end 60 months after date of contract. The Government anticipates award by 30 May 2008. The Government plans to use Technical Approach, Management Plan, Corporate Experience, Past Performance, each of equal importance, and Socioeconomic Plan as the technical evaluation criteria for award.
