The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, National Institutes of Health, is seeking proposals for the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases Information Clearinghouse. The types of services required are: (1) Cost-control management, (2) project management (3) information operations, (4) outreach, promotion, and related services, (5) patient liaison services, and (6) cost recovery. It is anticipated that one, cost-reimbursement-plus-award fee contract will be awarded for a period of 5 years beginning on or about December 15, 2002. The level of effort anticipated to be expended for the 5-year period totals 116,755 hours. This solicitation will contain a mandatory qualification requirement, which is: The contractor must be within 1-hour, roundtrip commuting distance of the NIH in Bethesda, Maryland.
