SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - CREATIVE COMPUTING SOLUTIONS, Inc. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to award a sole-source bridge contract to Creative Computing Solutions, Inc. (CCSi) for the continued Program Management Services for MyHealtheVet Program Management. This acquisition is being conducted under Part 8, Commercial Items utilizing the GSA Federal Supply Schedule MOBIS SIN 874-1. The intended procurement will be classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541611 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.0 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes and no solicitation exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including price, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same or similar product. All capability statements received by the closing date of this publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
