NA The contractor shall provide on-site operational, exercise, contingency, communications, personnel, logistics, and simulations effort in support of the 32d AAMDC at Fort Bliss, Texas. GENERAL INFORMATION/SCOPE: The G1 Contractor for a theater-level missile defense command provides personnel support for 181(+) soldiers. Prepares and reports strength management issues to a Brigadier General. Manages multi-component positions to provide optimum effectiveness of av ailable personnel. Tracks and manages Officer and Non-Commissioned Officer Evaluation Reports and awards for all assigned personnel. Creates, updates and presents varied reports and presentations for up to four-star general officer level. Deploys with un it as needed. Is Subject Matter Expert on automated personnel systems and processes information for purposes of strength management and command staff updates. The G3 Contractor shall provide technical support to the AAMDC in the planning, preparation and execution of exercises and operations to include the development of specified plans and procedures. The contractor shall provide tactical and technical subject matter expertise on the Patriot system for exercise and contingency planning purposes. The contractor shall develop communications plans. The contractor shall provide communications support to the AAMDC and associated/ subordinate units in the following areas: network load file distribution, configuration management, technical interface support, exercise augmentation and sustainment training. The contractor shall provide Automated Information System (AIS) support providing technical assistance in Local A rea Network (LAN) installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. The contractor shall support simulation requirements. The G4 Contractor serves as Chief, Logistics Readiness, and Material Maintenance Center (MMC). Serves as technical advisor and expert of logistics functions. Provide technical support to staff. Coordinates and monitors 32d AAMDC units supply requisitions status. The G6 Contractor is responsible for providing communications support to the AAMDC in daily operations and in the coordination, planning, preparation, and execution of exercises or experiments. Serves as the G6 subject matter expert and lead point of cont act for the Roving Sands exercise and other exercises as necessary. Travels within CONUS and OCONUS to provide support. Provides continuity of operations for the G6 by maintaining a digital library of past briefings and actions. The G6 Contractor has overall hardware integration and daily operational support of the AMDPCS TOC responsibilities. Perform all hardware upgrades and validation procedures for both tactical and non-tactical computers.
