Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract

The Army Contracting Command - National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (ODASA-CE) intends to award a sole source bridge contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Calibre Systems, 6354 Walker Lane, Alexandria, VA 20310-0600.

Calibre Systems, Inc will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide professional and technical support services to ODASA-CE. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of six (6) months commencing on 2 March 2011 and ending on 1 September 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541611 with a size standard of $6M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
