The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), currently located in Alexandria, Virginia, has a requirement for the continued and improved processing and maintenance of applications and application related papers, maintenance of miscellaneous paper files, processing of fee payments, mailing of examine office actions and related services. Additionally, the Objective of these services and any future requirements of this project is to insure the USPTO has available the resources needed to carry out its mission. The USPTO anticipates the period of performance of this acquisition to be for a 1-year base period and 4 1-year option periods. The acquisition will be 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. A pre proposal conference and site visit will be held prior to the due date for proposals and will be indicated in the RFP.
