The pharmacy VAMC Spokane, WA, intends to issue a sole source Request for Proposal to Hasler, INC, for the provision of loading of postage funds to the Hasler WJ180DWP mailing system, which is used by the Medical Center. The postage requirement will be for the estimated period of one year. These services are intended to support the Medical Center postage requirements for one year. The NAICS Code for this procurement is: 424120. The Government believes that the Hasler, Inc. is the only provider of this service that will satisfy the agency requirements, due proprietary software that is required to load postage on the Hasler mail meter. This is sole source procurement under FAR Parts 12 and 13, Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1).
