The Predictive Index (PI) product is an instrument that assesses personal management and professional behaviors and attitudes. It is consistent with the instruments already in use for our curriculum, Thomas-Kilmann Index (TKI) the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator, and the Learning Styles Inventory, but adds the dimension of personal management and professional behaviors and attitudes missing in the complementary instruments. The PI instrument can quickly and efficiently assess, without the need for subject matter expert or specialization qualified external personnel, the characteristics of a person (student or faculty) through a web based, computer-based, or hard copy assessment.
