NAVSUP Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire the Renewal of Predictive Index, and access to Predictive Index Support along with interpretation of the Predictive Index results. The performance period for this requirement is 1 Apr 2019 through 31 March 2020. This requirement is for NAVMED PDC, 8091 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda MD. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.501 (a), a Sole Source Acquisition under the authority of the program for certain commercial items. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, using Subpart 13.5 program procedures. Award of a firm fixed contract is anticipated. All required deliverables shall be furnished within 1 year after date of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 611430 and 500 employees respectively.
