The purpose of this contract is to fund and employ a Program Manager to support USAID's Office of Transition Initiatives (DCHA/OTI) regional activities. The Program Manager will assist the Sudan Team in the management of its program activities and will participate in new country program assessments as the need arises. OTI currently has four regional teams: Africa (AFR), Asia and Near East (ANE), Europe and Eurasia (E&E), and Latin America and Caribbean (LAC).
