R-U. S. Dept of Commerce/(DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Services (NESDIS), Office of Research Application (ORA), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with The Oceanography Society, Rockville MD, to provide funding for a Special Issue on Altimetry for Satellite Bathymetry in the Journal of the Oceanography Society magazine March 2004 issue.
