The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE-SOURCE basis with American Society of Transplant Surgeons, 1020 North Farifax Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 to provide for a meeting of experts to discuss and formulate recommendations that will assist in establishing new renal allocation policies that will ensure fair and equitable access to renal transplantation for all people. This negotiation will result in a Purchase Order with a period of performance of one month. This announcement is for information only. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is on file. The award shall be made using SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES, FAR PART 13.
