Market Research is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10 and 12 to determine if commercial items are available to meet the Government’s need for Multiple Award Service Contract (MASC). Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of available sources capable of meeting the Government’s need for Facilities Investment and Support Services located at various Naval and Marine Corps Reserve installations within the NAVFAC SW Area of Responsibility (AOR) to include Navy and Marine Corp installation (MCI) within its geographic AOR of California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico.
