This requirement is to provide Roman Catholic Pastoral Ministry Coordinator services for the Area II Chaplain and it's supported areas in the U.S. Forces Korea. It is to provide and perform pastoral assistance throughout U.S. Army Garrison-Yongsan (USAG-Y) and supported areas. This includes coordinating and performing logistical and content requirements for sacramental preparation, religious education, pilgrimages and parish life programs. Korean vendors will take precedence over U.S. vendors and Third-Country National vendors in consideration for an award in accordance with provision of U.S. Republic of Korean (ROK) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) Article XVI. U.S. contractor may be designated as Invited Contractor (IC) only if (a) the contractor is organized under the laws of the U.S., (b) their employees who are ordinarily resident in the U.S., and (c) the dependents of the foregoing, present in the ROK solely for the purpose of executing contracts with U.S. for the benefit of the U.S. Armed Forces.
