The incumbent shall assist the USAID/Kyiv Supervisory Contracting Officer (CO) in providing efficient, timely and effective service on behalf of the Regional Contracts Office (RCO) to the USAID Mission to Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova. The RCO staff of two warranted Contracting Officers and three Foreign Service National Acquisition Specialists manages a $300 million portfolio consisting of approximately 60 awards
