The main purpose of this position is to assist USAID/Colombia and the Government of Colombia (GOC) as a senior program analyst and manager in developing and implementing one of the largest and most sensitive Democratic Governance (DG) programs in the world. The Democracy Senior Advisor (DSA) will perform this function across the Mission DG portfolio, with a particular focus on the justice sector, its linkages to human rights, civil-military affairs, and USG interagency coordination.
