The purpose of the solicitation is to hire a Program Manager support USAID's Office of Transition Initiatives (DCHA/OTI) regional activities. The Program Manager will assist one of four regional teams in the management of existing country programs and participate in new country program assessments as the need arises. OTI currently has three regional teams: Africa (AFR), Asia and Near East (ANE), and Latin America and Caribbean (LAC). The Program Manager hired under this solicitation will focus support the OTI Liberia program initially.
