The PeaceKeeping Stability and Operations Institute (PKSOI) at the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks has a requirement for Operations support. The Contractor shall be responsible for PKSOI conference and event planning/execution, maintaining conference database, academic support, and after action/monthly reports.
