This notice requests industry comments for a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the re-competition of Contract DABQ06-03-C-0041, Logistical Support Services, Directorate of Logistics (DOL), U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii (USAG-HI). The renewal c ontract is for installation logistical support and services for all Army organizations, subordinate units and respective military organizations supported by the U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii. Services specified in the draft PWS include work performed in the a reas of supply and services, transportation, and maintenance on the Island of Oahu. Satellite operations on the Island of Hawaii only include requirements in the areas of supply and services, and transportation. The renewal contract will absorb requireme nts that become a part of the DOL's mission as a result of future U.S. Army initiatives such as transformation and modularity. The impact of these initiatives on USAG-HI operations are not clearly defined at this time.
