This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO. (https://www.neco.navy.mil/) The RFQ (Request for Quote) number is N0018919Q0424. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2019-03 and DFARS DPN 20190628. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 515112 and the Small Business Standard is $38.5 Million. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns that have a GSA schedule. This will be a competitive action. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task order action from GSA Schedule 541 1 Advertising Services from this solicitation. **Only vendors under GSA SCHEDULE 541 1 ADVERTISING SERVICES are requested to respond. ** The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department intends to solicit and negotiate with qualified sources capable of providing the requested services. This service action is for advertising services for the United States Air Force Band Fall Tour. The period of performance will be from 1 September – 29 October 2019.
