The USPSC Program Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of grants, contracts, and purchase orders that serves as implementation mechanisms for USAID activities and programs in Sierra Leone. The Program Manager will serve as the Mission advocate for program performance impact in all areas of assistance, and will help set priorities for guidance of contractors, grantees, and other activity implementing agencies. The Program Manager will also provide guidance in the design of activities to be implemented, in conformity with USAID policies, procedures, and sound activity management principles.
