Questions and Answers (Combined Synopsis/Solicitation VA249-16-Q-0605) Question: 1) How often must contractor personnel be present at the medical center? Answer: For the initial meeting. Afterwards, only if there is a possible problem with the submitted hard-drives. Because the hard-drives (containing the movies) are mailed from the contractor to the medical center facility, that has been no previous issues with this process. Question: 2) Is the contractor only required to be present for the initial meeting and each delivery of movies? Answer: The contractor is only responsible to attend the initial meeting. Afterwards, the hard-drives are mailed from the contractor to the facility and the movies are on the hard-drives. Question: 3) Is the contractor responsible for the day-to-day operations in the medical center to play the movies for audiences? Answer: No, the electronic shop at the medical center facility is responsible for these operations.
