Notice of Intent to Sole Source
Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO 10) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) (DUNS: 072633464), pursuant to FAR part 12, FAR part 13, and specifically FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and VAAR 819.7007 procedures. The proposed sole source purchase order is for annual pharmacy accreditation fees needed for the medical center pharmacy residency program in order for the program to be considered a nationally recognized and accredited training site. This mandatory for all pharmacy residency programs. The NAICS code for this contract action is 813910, Business Associations, with a size standard of $7.5 Million. The Product Service Code for this action is R420, Support-Professional: Certifications and Accreditations (other than Education or Info Tech (C&A).
