This modifies Solicitation Number 06M000053 to reflect the following changes: Quote due date is extended until close of business on April 24, 2006. All proposal must be received by the contracting officer no later than 5:00p.m. All printing shall be done by the Government Printing Office and is therefore covered under a separate funding document. Therefore the funds for printing is not a part of the contract and should not be included in the budget cost. There will be no oral conference or presentation. All interested contractor shall submit 1 copy of their technical synposis and 1 copy of the cost proposal.
