The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District (MVP) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of R45 riprap.  The gradation curve and additional specifications will be provided in the solicitation once issued.  The goal is to have the riprap delivered to the Sturgeon Lake boat ramp near Hastings, Minnesota starting September 7, 2021. 

This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns.

This synopsis is not a request for quotes (RFQ), proposals (RFP), or in an invitation for bids (IFB). This is a pre-solicitation notice indicating that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm-fixed price contract is intended to be issued via Contract Opportunities at beta.SAM.gov (formerly FedBizOpps/FBO.gov) in the near future.  The specifications will be detailed in the solicitation once issued.
