PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77624Q0064 Oxford Journal Subscription December 19, 2023 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires an existing, commercial, off-the-shelf, web-based electronic journal collection. This requirement is for subscriptions from Oxford Publishers that will be made available throughout the VA healthcare system and is being done as a Brand Name requirement. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name only Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Wednesday December 06, 2023, and quotes will be due on Wednesday December 20, 2023, at 10:00 AM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above.
