The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting request for proposals and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for various brand name medical eJournals. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519290 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The solicitation will be issued approximately in the first week of December 2023. The period of performance is 12 months plus 4 (four) 12-month option periods to be exercised on the discretion of the government.
