DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: American Sign Language Interpretation Services The Orlando VA Healthcare System seeks to provide meaningful access to services, independently of language capabilities. This contract is for certified sign language interpreters, tactile language interpreters, and captioning services for OVAHCS employees, and for Veterans and their caregivers, who may need such services due to visual, hearing, and/or speech impairments.
