ADZ Etc., Inc. already has the base advertising platform in place which will provide significant cost savings to the government. Furthermore, the Department of Veterans Affairs has an established relationship with ADZ Etc., Inc that goes back a full 6 years. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(C) this acquisition is in the interest of economy and efficiency; the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order seeing that the previous acquisition was competed. ADZ Etc., Inc. is a WOSB that holds a GSA contract (GS-07F-0610X). Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to FedBizOps (FBO).
