The Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville (FLCJ) has a procurement requirement to obtain expeditionary logistics support services for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) mission in Panama City, Panama and/or Santiago, Panama from 16 May 2021 to 16 August 2021. The primary objective of the DPAA Mission Support Contract is to prepare and maintain a Helicopter Landing Zone (HLZ).
