The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract for Materiel Contractor Support Services for Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group One (EODGRU ONE) using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be a direct award to R3 Strategic Support Group, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 541614. The size standard is $15 million. EODGRU ONE requires contract service for two (2) full time subject matter experts (SME) for support in EOD, diving and salvage operations, critical time intensive administrative functions, and logistical support roles. The proposed contract will contain a twelve month base period, four (4) twelve month option periods, and FAR clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services.
