The General Services Administration (GSA) requires Construction Services for the repairs/alterations to the Historic U.S. Courthouse in Austin, TX, as described below under Description of Work.   This Sources Sought Notice is issued to determine the level of interest in this project among qualified small business firms. 

Interested small business firms should submit a letter of interest via e-mail to the Contracting Officer at [email protected]   The one page letter should include the following information:

- Complete name, address and telephone number(s) of the firm
- DUNs number for the firm
- Confirmation the firm is registered in the Government's System for Award Management (SAM)
- Brief description of experience with similar work

Description of WorK:  The project will include the addition of two stair pods on the rear of the courthouse; miscellaneous repair and cleaning of the exterior building envelope; replacement of two existing chillers; relocation of several air handler units (AHUs); re-routing of ductwork; replacement of electrical panels; demolition and construction of interior partitions; restoration of two restrooms to period construction and reconstruction of remaining restrooms; tel/data for security and building life safety systems; roof repair in some locations and roof replacement in other locations and relocation of the Bankruptcy court AV system and telecommunications system.
